Company History

Founded as Arrow Audio Visual in 2003, our company began working with a single limited service hotel. 

In 2004, Arrow started full service operations at a Grand Dame hotel and conference center in the heart of downtown Spokane. 

From 2004 through the present, we have continuously added hotels each year reaching our current level of servicing 11 hotels in four states. 

In 2009, Arrow Audio Visual reincorporated as Prodigy Arrow and we look forward to continued growth and success.

Company Leadership

Jordan Piscopo, President, CEO

Jordan Piscopo began his career with Arrow Audio Visual shortly after its founding in 2003.  As a college undergraduate at Gonzaga University, Jordan served first as a technician and later as assistant manager until the commencement of his college career in 2005.  Jordan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Leadership, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Jordan then moved to New York City to attend Fordham University School of Law.  Jordan concentrated his focus on aspects of the law as it pertains to running a business, including:  corporate tax, corporate finance, and labor law.  Jordan spent two years at the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association of New York City in their general council’s office.  Jordan received his Juris Doctor in May of 2008, graduating in the top of his class.  Jordan is member of the New York State Bar.

In 2008, Jordan returned to Arrow Audio Visual to assume the leadership role within the company.  Jordan brings a high level of energy and intellect to our company.  Throughout his academic and professional career Jordan has achieved high level of success and demonstrated natural leadership while developing relationships and producing results.  Jordan is driven by his desire to provide the highest level of service in everything he does.

Bill Heaney, Board Member

Bill Heaney has over 38 years of multi-faceted tourism, hospitality, international commerce, and leadership experience. During his hospitality career Bill supervised the sales and marketing efforts of more than 50 multi-branded and independent hotel, resort and conference centers. He also led efforts with American General Hospitality and as National Director of Sales and Marketing for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts at the start up of Wyndham. Bill began his travel and hospitality career as Director of Operations and Product Development for Arthurs Travel Incorporated, a Philadelphia-based division of tour operator International Thompson Ltd., of London, England. He eventually became the Sr. Vice President of Global Operations for Arthurs. Subsequently, he was Vice President of Marketing/Housing for charter tour operator GWV, a division of The Interface Group (producer of COMDEX formerly the largest Global Technology Conference).

In these roles Bill has demonstrated consistent, extraordinary results and natural leadership while developing people, new initiatives, and proactively adapting to the rapid change of technology and markets.
